Feeling Good

This is it--my first collection. Seeing it all together like this is wild, all these ideas and time that I've put into this vision of mine is coming together.

&The shelf my dad made especially for this with all the individual stands...I'm amazed, I swear my entire family is so creative. I think the shelf brings it all together, wouldn't be the same without it...

Mat Samples

 Generally when it comes to art, I think a white mat is the best choice. I just like the way it gives the picture room to breathe and I think it makes the piece really stand out. Well I decided to play around with the black mat board too and it came out pretty cool so I want to know what you prefer? I'd love your opinion so I can get an idea of what people want...

So close I can taste it

My inventory. Now I have to mat all of them and Oh my god my work is cut out for me. You can see that the gun control set is finished. 12 down, 132 to go...but so close to opening shop!

Phoenix (In Progress)

I have been so inconveniently sick this week and may have been spending my time watching a little too much Jurassic Park. But lets be real, is "too much Jurassic Park" even possible? So the progress of the phoenix has been a slow one, but this is where it stands at the moment and the pen work should be finished today if all that is in my mind goes according to plan. I think I might paint this one...

So much is going on, this week has been crazy and there is a lot to look forward to. Some exciting news is that my art got accepted into a small but trendy art shop in Boise which will be available to check out in May. I'm stoked, this is my first gallery so I've been preparing for that collecting inventory and then my online shop will be open soon as well. Also I had family visiting and now things are finally calming down and I can get back to my design for the Sigg water bottle contest. It's coming along but I think the meteor looks more like an amoeba...Would you still drink from it?
